Outing to Farmart

Hi~

Met Angie for a bonding day awhile ago. Supposingly we went to the River Safari because Angie had free tix, but we ended up at Farmart because the tix were expired. The trip to Farmart totally savaged the day!

The place is easily accessible by taking a shuttle bus ($1 each way) that comes every 30 mins, opposite Choa Chu Kang Lot 1. It was an eye-opener for me. It felt like Malaysia. Lol.

There was a pet food store cum pet hotel and I bought some food (vitakraft sticks & fish fillets) for my favourite neighbourhood cats. The pricing is slightly cheaper than town prices so I bought a bigger pack. The place mainly is a farm and food place, as online articles mentioned that they sell cheaper seafood but the stalls were mostly closed that day. There were also a bird shop and prawning area. The farm.. is really interesting.

There were super tamed parrots (or mini parrots lol)

Stacked tortoises

Creepy toads

Sleepy birds

We bought the feed while we were there. The $5 set was totally worth it cos by right each portion costs $2. Rabbit food were just carrots, fish/tortoise food were the pellets, goat food were some random leafy veg and parrot food was sunflower seeds. Let the feeding begin!

It was really scary feeding the birds. Feels like they're gonna snap ma finger anytime. Cute tho.

Fed the goats too. The uncle taught us how to touch them and he even mentioned that he had just bathed them and were quite clean. True enough!

There were so many rabbits there and I think some were up for sale. There were local breeds as well as imported breeds, so there was a variety of cute. The cages were quite small tho :( How I wish I had the ability to buy them all some carrots :(

There was a free-roaming ground for a few animals and there were some hungry guinea pigs.

Chickens walk around the place #likeaboss and drinking the goat's water lolol

Then there was this monstrousity known as the cat fish.

Look at that monstrousity!!!!!

Had coconut juice and it was the end of our trip to farmart. Abrupt ending cos I don't know how to end my posts properly >.<

[HAUL] Holika Holika!

The first branch of Holika Holika opened its doors in Singapore @ Wisma Atria today! Supposedly at 12, but when I reached there, they were still drilling and hanging stuff, and said to be back in 30 mins.

A huge poster of its ambassador at the side of its shop, CN Blue!!!!!!! Mysterious Magic Cosmetics~ (and endorsed by guys and a cat.. Hmm mysterious enough)

Before it was open! Yet to pull down its blinds~ It's a shop tucked at the corner, beside an escalator. Near Cotton On!
Couldn't get a nice picture of its sign! But you can see a bit of its interior, which is a lavender colour and has nice shelves! It goes with a mystical or magical theme :)

My mini haul from the store! VERY DE EX PLS The highly raved about egg soap @ $20.00 for 2 eggs Make-up Starter primer @ $2.50 per piece Wonder Drawing Eyeliner Auto Stick @ $10.00 Enamel Magicara Long and Curling FREE hehehe

Its a small tube since its free! But its pretty good! There's fibre in it and the brush is kinda special…

[SAMPLE REVIEW] Skinfood Salmon Eye Cream

Hi! I got this a sachet of Skinfood's Salmon Eye Cream with some Korean cosmetics, and only recently I felt like trying it :P

I know right! Salmon?! On your skin?! Well, that's Skinfood for you. Salmon is not as bad as.. CREAMY CHEESE MASK! Well, I like cheese in my food but not on my face. *squirms*

It does not smell one bit like salmon. Smells a lot like jasmine flowers, A LOT!!! An overly strong smell of jasmine, which is weird since salmon is used instead. *50 points deducted*

It's a white cream, which I feel is oily and fatty, and only a little is required. This sachet lasted me for 5 times, for both eyes! Not the best texture for an eye brightening cream. I believe this is gonna be bad for people with oily or problematic skin and may not be able to withstand the richness of this eye cream.

Stays really oily for at least 10 minutes, felt like the absorption was reeeaaalllyyy slow. Besides, I've used it for 5 times and there are no significant changes. No brighteni…

[REVIEW] SKIN79 O2 BB Cleanser

Hi! I'm gonna be reviewing SKIN79's new cleanser, the O2 BB cleanser! Thanks to the nice people from StarAsia for sending me one of these! ;)

I've always wanted to get a cleanser that removes BB cream, cos BB creams actually clogs your pores if you don't remove it properly, leading to pimples and other terrible skin conditions. (I've been a victim, so I understand :/) Never gotten around buying it though. If you didn't know, SKIN79 is the first and leading BB cream brand in Korea, and they are readily available in SG's stores for some time already. Only recently, they changed their ambassadors to a girl group I really LOVE. Brown Eyed Girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh My Miryo!!
Anyway, this cleanser removes the stickiest and toughest BB creams thoroughly and at the same time moisturizes the skin. Its important that a cleanser does not strip the skin of its natural oil and moisture while thoroughly cleansing. Infact, it removes other makeup too! Check out i…
