My daily make up for work

I've been working an office job. Its not exactly a very stressed job, but being in a whole new industry (insurance), I have a lot to learn. And no, I don't sell insurance. Haha.

So everyday I use make up to look a little less ugly and less tired. Here's what I use on a daily basis! And little reviews as we go along.

1. Moisturizer

Laneige's Light Emulsion. Lightweight, comfy, not oily, enough moisture. Only a tiny bit is needed as it spreads really well.

2. Primer

Banila Co. Prime Primer in Classic. Sometimes I use Etude House's Baby Choux Base in #02 and sometimes I use Tony Moly's Cat Wink Base in Mint, but I always go back to Banila Co.'s cos it lasts the longest without being too oily.

3 (a). Foundation

Etude House Cotton Fit BB Cream W13/ Make Up Forever HD foundation #117. I use them depending on how hot the weather is hahahaha. If its a rainy day, I would use MUFE's, and if its really hot I'd reach for Etude House's. Both are good to …

Kitty French nails + new nail sponsor!

I did a new set of nails today at Mynte's Fingers! She provides nail services at her home-based nail salon and frequently has a stall at various flea markets too! One special thing about her brand is that her nail services are very affordable yet not lacking in quality. Her express nail service is $6. Yes for $6 you get your nails shaped and a nail color. I'm so very happy to now be sponsored by this very friendly manicurist!

I had the classic gelish manicure with nail art. It went like this: cleaning off old polish/gelish, buffing, cuticle removal (pushing, cutting), and then pH bond to better adhere the gelish, base coat, two coats of color, hard gel to paste on embellishments, and top coat to seal it all in. Of course, cuticle oil is provided too but I don't like oily hands so I don't use it.

As much as I'd like some outrageous blings, I chose a simple and clean design because I'm working in an office. I love cats, so I HAVE to put in a kitty element for sur…
