NOTW: 30/10/12

Just did a new set of nails *w* Drying my nails with Etude House bunny USB/ battery operated fan which you can get in SG when you spend $110 in a single receipt! ^^ Super strong wind and handy hehehe

1. Etude House Help My Finger Matte Top Coat (SG $8.90) Used the matte top coat as a base coat because it helps nail polish adhere better! This is great cos it makes any colour matte, and you don't have to specially get matte colours!
2. Etude House Petit Darling HD Beam BL505 (SG $4) Favourite blue nail polish of my stash!!
3. Etude House Dear My Party Nails PBE101 (SG $6.90) Gold and silver spangles
4. Etude House Help My Finger UV Diamond Top Coat (SG $8.90) Gives a super glossy finish and makes glitters even more BLING!
*prices are SG Etude House prices for your info ^^

[REVIEW] Etude House Color My Brows #Light Brown

Short review before I go to bed for another day of school :(
Why didn't I discover this earlier? Hahahahahhahahaha I swear this eyebrow mascara is too awesome! Yay to brows that are same colour as my hair <3 Atleast 10 people asked me since I started using this: did you dye your brows? Now you know my secret!

I use the left one.
This is how it looks!

[SWATCHES] Etude House Dear My Essence In Lips Talk

Swatches again! Part of Etude House's Lovely Doll Doll collection ^^

 L - R: EPK001 EPK002 EPK003 EPK004
L - R: EBE101 EBE102 EBE103 EOR201

EOR201 is a "me" colour hehehe oranges~~

Creamy but not thick at all! The lasting power is however not as great as the regular lipstalk lip sticks. Colour is sheer but its not like a lip gloss. In a way these are thicker than Tangering Lips Shower sticks. Do remember that these are sheer lipsticks so exfoliate your lips to be free of flaky skin before application or it'll turn out.. not as nice :P

The last diagram actually says that what you twisted out is not retractable, so don't dispense too much product at once! Anyway it has this click sound at each little interval so hearing one click each time you twist up should dispense very less but enough product :)

[SWATCHES] Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Pencils

Yay! These beautiful babies have washed ashore (lol) and are available @ Etude House in Singapore now for just $12.90! If you haven't already noticed, Etude House in Singapore is now under Amore Pacific (since a few months back) and they have adjusted the price to be more reasonable and closer to Korea's than before! And yep, these are part of Etude House's Lovely Doll Doll collection ^^

The RD301 is currently my fave! :) A really unique yet wearable colour.

I tried it at work today and here's a really simple review:
-Glides on REALLY smoothly!
-Great staying power without smudging onto lower lids!
-Great value for such a product! Really!
-Water resistant, meaning water-based makeup remover will not suffice.
-10 beautiful colours! Would buy all of the…

Tea with Bio-Oil

I was invited to tea with Bio-Oil last Saturday! *literally omg*

Was pretty excited as I saw some ads on tv about it, and Joyce's mum personally gone through a few bottles of it which effectively lightened her burn scar! Sounds like some miracle!

With Joyce!  The tea session was held at Spruce, which was a little cafe/restaurant on Phoenix Park. Met Joyce and cabbed there~ And upon reaching, we were served a 3-tier stack of noms!! Woohoo noms *gluttony moment*

Some key herbs used: rosemary (I have this plant at home! <3) lavender, chamomile, chrysanthemum.
Vitamin E oil which was applied to one hand to test absorbency and its finish, to compare with Bio-Oil which is formulated with PurCellin Oil, plant extracts and vitamins. Check here out for the full list of ingredients!
Vitamin E oil: super oily, leaves a shiny oily firm on surface and accentuates the pigments on my hand omgwtf
Bio-Oil: absorbs fast with no stickiness, leaving skin smooth!
Hope my scars (under makeup, heh) …

Project Use It Up: Canmake Cream Cheek 09

Item #1 of Project Use It Up: Canmake Cream Cheek 09!

I just bombed about $300 on Korean cosmetics of various brands (lip tints, 4 boxes of hair dyes, eyebrow mascaras and etcetcetc), and just found out that this lil baby from my stash is expiring soon! 2013/03 so I needa hurry! I bought it because it looked cute and *this was a limited edition colour* although I disliked pink colours. It was also the most pigmented out of the series! The orange was blehhh. It has microfine blue glitters and a cream-to-powder finish, so it actually doesn't feel sticky at all. And, it isn't very cheap. Can't remember exactly how much it was but it was about $17 or $16 for this tiny amount. Infact, its packaging was also pretty witty because its surface was wide enough for you to use a finger instead of a brush.. as compared to a certain other "K" brand which stores it in a gel liner kinda jar. Icky finger dipping!

Yep I only touched this much of it. The rest of the the surface is …

A ~new~ way to love them everyday!

Hi!

*fennimisu.blogspot.com is not only about beauty!~*

Just wanna introduce a new kind of food for all feline friends out there - broths! I think this is a super cool invention to encourage liquid intake for fussy cats, or simply a new way to love them everyday!

Thanks to Nestle Singapore for the press sample! ^^
Personally, I don't (can't) have a cat so I fed a packet of Bonito, Surimi & Anchovies one to Cassie, my favourite cat downstairs. Yes I named it (when I first moved in about 8 yrs ago).

Inititally I thought I had to cook it, but apparently you just have to gently mix the stuff in the packet, open and serve! Simple!

I know it doesn't look exactly pleasant, but I felt like eating it being the fishy lover I am. Smells good! *I think canned tuna is ok cos I once tried a cat treat and it tasted like cardboard wtf :(* *ikr who in the right mind would try cat treat?* *me lor* *wtf 自问自答*
"What did you bring me this time, my peasant?"
Cassie has nice fur! I…
