[SAMPLE REVIEW] Holika Holika Enamel Magicara Long & Curling

Hi! This is a review of Holika Holika's Enamel Magicara in Long & Curling! This was a sample sized one that was given while I purchased something on their opening, but it lasts me a pretty long time! I think the only thing that differs from the retail sized one is the amount of mascara inside! The brush is pretty big on the sample sized one so I'm guessing its the original size! Let's get to some pictures!

It's in 01 Enamel Black!

Check out the brush! Really love it! One is has longer bristles and is in a curved shape while the other side has bristles of the same length!

Usually, I use the curved side for my upper lashes and the flat side for my lower lashes. It works super well!

Here are some points to note:
-Formula has fibre in it, so it lengthens lashes and gives volume very very very well!
-Doesn't give "panda eyes"
-Washes off with water at room temperature (better to use a proper remover though)
-Applying too much may cause clumping aka spider legs
-Better to curl your lashes before use! Holds curls longer!

I love this!!!!!!!

[SAMPLE REVIEW] Skinfood Salmon Eye Cream

Hi! I got this a sachet of Skinfood's Salmon Eye Cream with some Korean cosmetics, and only recently I felt like trying it :P

I know right! Salmon?! On your skin?! Well, that's Skinfood for you. Salmon is not as bad as.. CREAMY CHEESE MASK! Well, I like cheese in my food but not on my face. *squirms*

It does not smell one bit like salmon. Smells a lot like jasmine flowers, A LOT!!! An overly strong smell of jasmine, which is weird since salmon is used instead. *50 points deducted*

It's a white cream, which I feel is oily and fatty, and only a little is required. This sachet lasted me for 5 times, for both eyes! Not the best texture for an eye brightening cream. I believe this is gonna be bad for people with oily or problematic skin and may not be able to withstand the richness of this eye cream.

Stays really oily for at least 10 minutes, felt like the absorption was reeeaaalllyyy slow. Besides, I've used it for 5 times and there are no significant changes. No brighteni…

Hahaha okay so I received over 10 emails on whether I have an extra Macdonald's Hello Kitty to let go or not. Fact is that I didn't buy any >.< So I decided to create a blog post where you Kitty collectors can interact and hopefully get a reply from a potential buyer/seller. Simply comment on this post! :)

DIY blusher cushion with a finished compact

I always wanted to buy a cushion blusher, seeing how convenient how cushion foundations are but I've never actually gotten down to get one seeing how expensive they were. The one that I wanted was an IOPE one cos it comes in a usual cushion compact with a mirror and it looks so easy to use! So I took out my finished cushion compacts (an Etude House Lock'n Summer one and an IOPE Air Cushion XP) and washed them really clean. Also, I found myself rarely using the Etude House Water Color cream blushes (I only tried the orange once and the rest were brand new and sealed.. man, the result of hoarding and forgetting what you have) because I don't know of a proper way to blend creamy blushes lol. I liked its colors and finish though; feels matte and smooth but it does not look overly powdery. The blushers are the right texture for the deed, so I used them for my DIY blusher cushion. P/s. this isn't exactly a tutorial as I think most people can do this without instructions,…
